Upon walking into Villa Kalis, you will be struck by the enormity of the property, a it is one of Seminyaks largest villas The garden space takes over half the property and you will be drawn to the large open air living room, which also houses the kitchen, the dining area, the bar, the area is completed with 2 couch areas, a TV room.
The area overlooks the large L shaped private swimming pool which provides a great space for the group to spend their time. There are a number of sun loungers and gazebo’s that help for relaxing around the pool on the wooden decking. There are other smaller pools that can be used for children and toddlers so just let us know before hand if you want these filled up.
Villa Kalis is a super stylish villa, with emphasis on combining the open air Bali style living areas with a fashionista’s inspiration of island designs to really emphasis that Bali Villa feeling. You won’t find a better more inclusive villa for relaxing, with your group. You will rearly want to venture out of the living room and pool area at Villa Kalis, but seeing as though you are in the heart of Seminyak, it won’t take you long to be back.

Villa Kalis has 10 bedrooms all with their own unique style and personality, and we provide flexible rates for using Kalis exclusively, and room rates for renting as a boutique hotel.
The rooms are made of various Indonesian wooden structures and the owner has finished the rooms in her own personal styling, which creates 9 very different bedrooms in Villa Kalis. All the bedrooms come with private en-suties and your own verandah.
For private usage Villa Kalis rates range from 7 – 10 bedrooms giving the flexibility to accommodate what ever size holiday group is travelling with you to Bali. We have also allowed for private room renting as a boutique hotel, when we don’t have private groups staying with us at Villa Kalis.

SNORKELLING AT PEMUTERAN
In the past Pemuteran reefs have suffered greatly from damage by destructive fishing and the El Nino effect. Pemuteran village residents have taken action to prevent use of these destructive methods in their reefs, whether by locals or by outsiders.
Coral nurseries were built using the Electrolytic Mineral Accretion Technology, which provide unique advantages for restoring coral reefs. Corals grown on mineral accretion are exceptionally brightly coloured and rapidly growing, and support dense fish populations. The coral nursery structures are made of welded construction steel bars, of around 1 centimetre diameter. They are built in a variety of shapes. The success of these structures in stimulating rapid coral growth was apparent within months, leading to requests to greatly expand the project. All structures are charged by power supplies located on the adjacent land. More than 60 Biorock coral nursery structures have been installed since June 2000 in Pemuteran Village. With a total length of 300 metres situated in an area of 2 hectares: this is the largest Biorock coral reef nursery and restoration project worldwide. These structures are located in an area parallel to the shore, about 50-100 metres from the coastline, in waters ranging from about 3 to 7 metres deep. They are roughly lined up, forming a natural snorkelling and diving trail.

CANGGU CLUB IN BALI
Canggu Club in Bali is an expanding world-class sports and leisure complex, located within the island’s expatriate Canggu community area. Spanning 3.54ha, it houses several different facilities onsite, including a waterpark, a world-class fitness centre, tenpin bowling alley, tennis centre, kids club, spa, the island’s largest trampoline centre that is not just for kids, and multiple food and beverage outlets.

The black sands of the beach – black due to the colour of the volcanic rock from which they are formed – lay virtually deserted for miles apart from the occasional local fisherman, or surfer enjoying uncrowded waves. The views are stunning, and on clear days you may even be able to see as far west as Medewi, some 50km distant. As you soak it all up on your ATV tour, there’s no doubt that you’ll feel very much as though you are experiencing the real Bali. Ceremonies form a central part of the culture here and you may well find yourself witnessing a ceremonial procession through a village or down to the sea. The white ceremonial dress of the Balinese contrasting against the dark sands and green rice paddies, accompanied by the sounds of the gamelan – the traditional music of Bali.

CANYONING
Kalimudah canyon tour is funny and appropriate for discovering the activity of canyoning. It is located in north of Baliand practicable throughout the year. Jumps (one of 8m – optional), swim, natural water slides, rappels (15m maximum), in the second part of the canyon – wonderful sequences of plants-covered, volcanic rock and natural warm spring basins encountered at the end of the tour make Kalimudah a discovery and sporty descent with lots of fun.
Canyon for everyone, children of 8 years of age minimum required. Descent: 2-3 hours, approach: 20mn”s walk, return: 10 mn”s walk, local picnic. Lunch at arrival to the last waterfall, an unforgettable day within the wild Balinese nature. If you have never practiced before, Kalimudah will make you addicted to sporty descents outdoor leisure. If you are already experienced, Kalimudah is a good start to enjoy the Balinese canyons.
